Check out this Facebook post about Olson being paired with, Traci, her forever person. Olson is the fifth guide dog puppy Wendy has trained. Wendy and I had the pleasure of meeting Traci at the puppy raiser reunion held in late January on Southeastern Guide Dog’s campus. The words sweet, smart, and dedicated used to described Olson are shared by both her new forever person and puppy raiser.
Traci has retinitis pigmentosa (RP), and like I did nearly 30 years ago, has teamed up with her first guide dog. Please join me in wishing the Olson and Traci team many years of full strides as they walk together with confidence, comfort, and security.
